Nice and perfect location, the parking was available. Luckily it was close to Ginkgo Cafe & Bar, had pastries there when it was rainy outside.

Quirky and spotlessly clean place with knowledgeable staff at the reception desk. Unbeatable and incredible location for our visit to a modern museum around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellent location to visit Montreal and easily accessible by airport shuttle. Functional includes the basic requirements of those who travel without too many pretensions
The breakfast should be improved not only in the variety of the offer, but also in the presentation and caring of the room in which it is set up. The room we stayed in was noisy, but it could be that the problem was only related to that room and not to the hotel in general. All in all, I noticed a lack of attention to detail and to a customer: when we arrived on Saturday, we were told the wrong time for breakfast service on Sunday (it is important, if you have a tight schedule to visit the city); although there was only one set of towels (so only one for the shower, for example) and a bedside lamp that did not work. Having immediately reported them to the boy presented the next morning (very kind and helpful, compared to others), the first task was solved, the second was not. As mentioned above, the whole building can be improved, but good and functional, if you do not have other pretensions.

perfect spot for exploring parks and cultural hotspots
I loved how close the hotel was to Mount Royal Park with fine views and great walking trails. It was only a short stroll to the Museum of Contemporary Art where I spent some good hours exploring.

Good dishes, central location close to everything you would possibly need. Historic-style building, GOOD basic and brand-new rooms with 2 double beds and air con and a work desk.
Not very clean room.

the pillows were very comfortable, the location excellent for the transfers to the airport with the 747 stop right in front, very close to the old town to get there on foot, about 15 minutes from the Ferris wheel. good suggestions from the girl at the reception to be able to visit the best of Montreal in just the 7h we had.
we had a very bad experience on arrival. Travelling with a 3 year old boy and arriving from the airport at 1:30 a. m., we arrived the door seemed to be closed and we couldn't open it, leaving more than 20 minutes ringing the bell to have someone come and check us in. Tired of the trip and child with us, person from the reception finally came, he didn't even say good night, he opened us in a bad way, didn't explain us the services available. breakfast has a menu with about 4-6 menus to choose from and is very expensive, as well as very scarce when usually for the same price or less there is a much more varied buffet in most hotels. There you have to choose bread, fruit, yogurt. I don't know if it's because of the carpet or the lack of cleaning, I've had allergies at night and it's been hard to sleep. Old facilities. noise of the air conditioner/heater is very high and we had to turn it off to try to rest better. We asked for a quiet room but the traffic was very loud, although it was not facing the main avenue. internet (with WiFi) although free, works very badly, loses the connection very often, goes slowly, simply does not connect at all, in common places and in the room. Although it no longer has anything to do with the hotel, to take it into account, we couldn't take the bus back to the airport, since after more than 45 minutes waiting for the bus that didn't come (there was a strike), we had to opt for a taxi so as not to miss our flight. Asking for a taxi at the reception they couldn't get one for us in less than 20 minutes and we had to look and find one on the street.

It was just a fitting option for a weekend outing in Montreal with best value. The location was really convenient for walking to nearby restaurants. Make sure to check for parking options before arriving.

Room basic buy clean, good location and handy for Metro underground system.
The hotel staff were unfriendly, two of the female day staff could barely be bothered to make eye contact, one male staff on evening/night duty was much friendlier.

I drove to Montreal from the United States and the hotel was very easy to locate (directions given were good). This hotel was directly between 2 metro stations (2 different lines) which worked out wonderfully. I would suggest this hotel to anyone who needs a reasonably price good place to stay.

The staff is outstanding. The average room( #814) was a dump. It was small and cramped. Room 214 was much nicer but the bed was small for 2 people.. The carpet needed to be cleaned and streached on all floors. Needs a make over.

Great location for touring Montreal. We parked our car and didn't move it until we checked-out. All the major Montreal attractions are located within a an easy 20-30 minute walk. Although we didn't use the transit syatem, it appeared to be very extensive and affordable. The hotel was well maintained and the valet parking (which included all-day, in- and- out) was a "reasonable" $20/day. It has a dining room/bar with not too expensive prices, but with all the eating choices within a few minutes walk of the hotet, we never tried the hotel restaurant. If you are looking for a nice hotel in the heart of Montreal at a reasonable price, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is quite clean with good service. Especially the price is quite fair there.
